Refund policy
We try our best to deliver the best product to you. We do all the quality and hygiene checks before dispatching the products to you. However, we have an exchange and return policy in place to handle the corner cases –
If an incorrect item is being sent to you, we will replace the product.
We have a 2 days exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchange requests can only be placed if the product is broken or damaged.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must record an unboxing video of the parcel when you receive it, unworn and in its original packaging.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Post receipt of the returned package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund of the appropriate amount within 1-2 working days.
If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same product back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving the return package from the customer.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mavera Jewelry and accepts Mavera Jewelry decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not.
Please make sure that the products to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, or gift cards. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
